Increase the number of active validators on the Fetch.ai mainnet

The maximum number of validators on the Fetch.ai network should increase from 50 to 60 validators. This proposal will create space for ten additional active validators.

Benefits If accepted, this proposal will create an opportunity for new validators to join the network, thereby improving its decentralisation and security.

Costs Sixty validators is substantially lower than the 150 (as of 13-12-2021) that are active on the Cosmos Hub, which uses a similar consensus protocol. An increase in validator numbers is therefore not anticipated to cause any issues with liveness, block production rates or delays in transactions being finalised.
